Landmark Capital has launched two investment opportunities viz a PMS (Portfolio Management Service Product) – Karvy Landmark Return Multiplier Fund and an AIF (Alternative Investment Fund) – Landmark Stable Yield Plus Fund.
The Karvy Landmark Return Multiplier Fund has a size of Rs. 200 crores with a greenshoe option of another Rs. 200 crores.The fund will invest predominantly in mezzanine transactions with a significant minority portion allocated to equity driven investment opportunities. A key target area will be the affordable housing space where we already have strong relationships in place. The focus will be on the Western and Southern Indian real estate markets of Mumbai, Pune, Chennai and Bangalore.
The Landmark Stable Yield Plus Fund has a size of ofRs. 250 crores with a greenshoe option of another Rs. 250 crores. The fund will invest predominantly in income yielding assets thereby mitigating to a large extent any construction and title risk while at the same time yielding active income from the time of investment. The key target areas will be the warehousing and student housing markets where again we have strong relationships in place. The focus will be on the Western and Southern Indian real estate markets of Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, NCR, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad.
